Generally Soba is as follows.



The soy soup looks like transparent.

But today soba is completely different.

Japanese people say ”Really?”

Because The soup is very darkness.



I think the soba look like bad taste at first.

But...

Anyway the restaurant name is "Nomura(野むら）”.



This restaurant is in Asakusa-bashi(not Asakusa.)

This restaurant soba is Darkness Soba.

But the taste is very good.

I like this taste very much.

The popular menu is Soba with Squid Tempura(Ikaten Soba).



The tempura is too big and very nice.



This is Soba with Squid Tempura and Deep-fried tofu(Kitsune).

You can combine several tempura  with soba.

Furthermore the price is very cheap.

For example this menu is only JPY 500.



By the way there is a stand-up-eating soba noodle shop.

Gorgeous sea urchin pasta

As you know,Tsukiji is famous for fresh fish.

For example Sushi in Tsukiji is very good.



Today I introduce new restaurant.

Unfortunately I don't introduce Sushi restaurant today.

However I think this restaurant is very good too.

The restaurant name is ”Uokame” (ウオカメ).



This restaurant is bistro style.



The chef went to France because of training French cooking.























So this restaurant is different from other Tsukiji restaurant.

The most popular dish in Uokame is pasta covered with much sea urchin.

Sea urchin is very expensive,

but this restaurant can get good quality sea urchin at a low price.

So they can use too much sea urchin in pasta.

Maybe you're surprise at this food,because pasta is covered with sea urchin.

Of course I recommend other fish food too.
