To be exact this ramen is "Tsukemen Bulgaria"

Yogurt is kneaded into noodles,so that ramen become chewy noodles.

This is very delicious.

This restaurant is very popular,so other menu is very nice too.

 

Mainly menu is "Tsukemen Kelp Soy Sauce"."Tsukemen Sun-dried salt"
